We want a festival vibe, not a 'cheesy' wedding band. Is that your style?

100%. That is exactly why we formed Just For Tonight. We specialise in authentic high-energy, indie-rock anthems and festival-style floor fillers. While we play music to suit all ages, we perform with a genuine 'main stage' energy. Think The Killers, Oasis and Paramore mixed with high-octane pop classics. No cringey routines, just an incredible live gig atmosphere for your wedding.

Which areas of the Midlands do you cover?

We are the premier choice for weddings across the entire Midlands region. Our central base is Huntingdon and we regularly perform at luxury venues in Birmingham, Nottingham, Derby, Leicester and Northampton. The guide price on our website covers travel within 30 miles of our base location, but we are happy to travel further afield to bring the party to you!

Our venue has a sound limiter. Can a high-energy party band work with that?

Yes, absolutely. We are professionals and we perform at venues with sound limiters very regularly. We know how to adjust our equipment (such as using an electronic drum kit) and performance style to keep the energy high without tripping the meter. Please let us know your venue details at enquiry stage (we probably know it and will have stored notes on the best way to deal with it) and if you are worried, just put us in touch with your venue coordinator and we can handle the technical details for you.

Can we have an input on the setlist and request a specific First Dance?

Of course! We want the night to be perfect for you. We will happily learn one special request (usually the First Dance) completely free of charge. For the rest of the set, you can browse our repertoire and highlight your favourites. We'll combine your choices with our tried and tested favourites to keep you and your guests partying all night long!

Do we need to hire a separate DJ?

No, we’ve got it covered! We provide a 'Virtual DJ' service as standard, meaning we play a bespoke playlist of mixed party music through our PA system before, between and after our live sets. You can request up to 30 songs for this playlist in advance. If you want a more interactive experience, you can upgrade to our 'Manned DJ' service, where a band member will be on hand to take requests live on the night.

Technical Requirements (Space, Power & Setup)

  • Setup Time: We take about 90 minutes to load in and soundcheck. If you have an evening party in the same room as your meal, we usually set up while your room is being turned around.
  • Space: Ideally, we need a performance area of 2.5m x 5m.
  • Power: We require a minimum of 2 x standard 13-amp sockets.
  • Equipment: We bring our own professional PA system and lighting rig, which is fully PAT tested. We also carry Public Liability Insurance (PLI) as standard.
